Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Estimates

We work with established international shipping partners to offer a curated range of products while maintaining dependable delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

Australia: 7–15 business days
New Zealand & International: 10–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on demand and shipping conditions.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 AUD
Standard Shipping $9.95 AUD on orders under $100 AUD
Express Shipping: Available at checkout for select locations

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & Import Fees

Orders within Australia typically do not incur additional charges. For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to customs or carrier factors beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days, please contact us so we can assist.
